A question that I had lingering in my psyche for a long time was finally revealed to me. Answers sometimes take a long time to arrive at my doorstep. I wait patiently.
How could I authentically feel and claim that life is sweet when it is giving me harsh truths to absorb and face? I was unable to be authentic until one day the answers dropped in my inbox.
Everything is sweet!
The answers:
I stay present in each moment with breath and body awareness. I make sure that I keep my heart center open. I am loving, kind and tender when my heart is in authentic mode.
I inspire and support others on their journey
I am present throughout my days. I notice the Power that is sustaining me. I notice the serendipity and synchronicity of life events unfolding before my eyes.
I stay humbly in awe, reverence and wonder each moment.
I am cherished and supported in my journey
In return, I choose to light the flame of Wisdom within myself. I spend some time in silence within my inner temple each day.
