THE SKY AS A CANVAS

A beautiful image popped up in my meditation one morning. The image of stars shimmering and glittering on a clear night.

This led me to contemplating the sunrise and sunset each morning and evening. The sky is a clean and clear canvas that allows each participant to write their story.

Let us receive inspiration from the canvas of the sky that stays open, loving, and accepting and gives each one shelter under her large canopy.

Each moment is an opportunity to write out a story on the canvas of our day. What are we writing – is the question that arises.

I’m curious to hear what you are writing each day. I’m writing the concept of bowing down to life as it unfolds this blessed morning.
