We are so often caught in our own narratives, stories and beliefs that we fail to recognize others’ needs. We sometimes unconsciously disrespect others without even realizing it. At times, we spend very little time with ourselves and need external stimulation. Picking up the threads from last week’s post, awareness is key.
Awareness of our thoughts and emotions helps us recognize and work on our flaws. It is a fantastic guide to help us tap into the Intuitive Wisdom within ourselves. Tapping into this magical space will help you manifest harmonious relationships wherever you go. I humbly urge each one of you to connect with breath and become a better observer on a daily basis.
