I have had the privilege of living and spending considerable amounts of time in several countries and continents. If there is one thing that I have learnt over the years and would like to share is the following:
I always stay open and flexible during conversations and interactions. My beliefs tend to want to intervene and come in my way. I notice this behavior, strive to empathize and understand other points of view. If their action appeals to me, I blend it in within my way of being. Likewise, if I am treated shabbily, I take note and actually work hard to stay away from the type of unwholesome behavior. This one practice serves me so well; I am always in the process of creating new power cocktails like this. This keeps me mentally young as well.

Megtiszteltetés számomra, hogy számos országban,kontinensen élhettem és tölthettem sok időt. Ha van valami, amit megtanultam az évek során, és szeretnék megosztani, az a következő:
A beszélgetések és kapcsolódások során mindig nyitott és rugalmas maradok. A hiteim, meggyőződéseim közbe akarnak lépni és az utamba állni. Amikor észreveszem ezt a viselkedést, igyekszem átélni és megérteni más nézőpontokat. Ha cselekedeteik rezonálnak velem, akkor azt a magam módján keverem bele a létezésembe. Hasonlóképpen, ha úgy bánnak velem, mint egy ronggyal, akkor tudomásul veszem, és valóban keményen dolgozom, hogy távol tartsam magam az egészségtelen viselkedéstől. Ez az egy gyakorlat nagyon jól szolgál engem; Mindig folyamatban van az új erő koktélok készítése. Ez mentálisan is fiatalon tart.
