This week has truly taught me to live and embody my favorite quote by Denis Waitley
‘Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living each minute with Love Grace and Gratitude’. I have consciously embodied, practiced this throughout this week during my one and only brother’s visit whom I met after a long gap of 6 years when he visited me in Budapest.
What are you going to practice consciously despite old genetic patterns, defeating beliefs, self limiting mind sets that take you away from being happy? The key lies in your hands and you make your choices.

Tudatosan megtestesítettem és gyakoroltam ezt a héten, mialatt az egyetlen testvérem meglátogatott,, miután 6 éve nem találkoztunk, most eljött hozzám Budapestre.
