I am reading yet once again one of my absolute favorite books Man’s Search For Meaning by Viktor Frankl. I have been chewing on the lines below all of this week.
‘We who lived in concentration camps can remember the men who walked through the huts comforting others giving their last piece of bread. They may have been few in number, but they offer sufficient proof that everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—- to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way’.
We all have the power of choice. We are given this every morning as we get out of bed and every hour as we go through our day. I have been consciously reminding myself the above lines every time a shadow of doubt overcomes me.
Hope you are inspired by these lines as much I have been. This has been my mantra the last few days. Have a wonderful weekend.

Újra elolvasom Franken Viktortól „A jelentés keresése” című könyvet, ami az egyik kedvencem. Az alábbi sorokon gondolkodtam egész héten:
„Mi, akik laktak koncentrációs táborokban, emlékszünk azokra a férfiakra, akik végigsétáltak a táboron, jó érzést keltve azzal, hogy odaadták az utolsó darab kenyerüket. Lehetséges, hogy kevés ilyen volt, de elegendő bizonyítékot szolgáltatnak arra, hogy mindent el lehet venni egy embertől, kivéve egy dolgot: az emberi szabadság utolsó részét – hogy bármilyen körülmények között választhassanak hozzállást, saját maguk választják meg útjukat ”
Mindannyian rendelkezünk a választás hatalmával. Ezt minden reggel megkapjuk, amikor kiszállunk az ágyból, és minden órában, ahogy telik a nap. Tudatosan emlékeztetem magam a fenti sorokra minden alkalommal, amikor eluralkodnak rajtam a kétségek.
Remélem, hogy legalább annyira inspirálnak ezek a sorok Téged is,mint engem. Ez volt a mantrám az elmúlt napokban. Legyen csodálatos hétvégéd.
