Freedom From The Mind

Dear Treasures,

Many of you who work with me know my desire to learn and grow continuously. I have been blessed with some of the best teachers during this lifetime. I have always had a yearning to learn and absorb teachings from ancient scriptures, which give us so much wisdom. One such ancient text is the Holy Guru Granth Sahib ji, which is the central religious scripture of Sikhism. I have always wanted to learn from a teacher who can teach both the nuances and depth that lies within. I knew that when the time was right, the teacher would appear. I was blessed with the arrival of a beacon of light when the lockdown began and I started learning online along with 1000 other students. Veer Manpreet Singh has taken these teachings to yet another dimension and 3 months later, we have formed friendships with one other and have become part of a virtual family.

Yesterday morning after a powerful meditation practice, the mind attacked me. One of my familiar patterns showed up unannounced. I stood up and nudged myself instantly. I am now unwilling to entertain any negative thought patterns. As many of you have heard me say, we must be rigorous in our practices if we would like to achieve transformation. I reminded myself of the teachings that I have learnt over these last 3 months and experienced a surge of gratitude in my Being. I look forward to when I can share this beacon of light with the world.

Sokan, akik velem dolgoznak ismerik azt a vágyamat, hogy folyamatosan tanuljak és fejlődjek. Eddig megáldott az élet a legjobb tanárokkal. Mindig vágyakoztam, hogy megtanuljam és elsajátítsam az ókori szentírásokból származó tanításokat, amelyek annyi bölcsességet adnak nekünk. Az egyik ilyen ősi szöveg a Szent Guru Granth Sahib ji, amely a szikhizmus központi vallási szentírása. Mindig olyan tanártól akartam tanulni, aki átadja az összes benne rejlő árnyalatot, a teljes mélységét. Tudtam, hogy amikor megfelelő az idő, megjelenik a tanár. Amikor elkezdődtek a kijárási korlátozások meg lettem áldva az iránymutató fénnyel, és 1000 másik hallgatóval együtt elkezdtem online tanulni. Veer Manpreet Singh átvitte ezeket a tanításokat egy másik dimenzióba, és 3 hónappal később barátságokat alakítottunk ki egymással, egy virtuális család részévé váltunk.

Tegnap reggel egy erőteljes meditációs gyakorlat után az elme megtámadott. Az egyik ismerős mintám bejelentés nélkül jelent meg. Felálltam és azonnal “megcsíptem” magam. Nem vagyok hajlandó egyetlen negatív mintát sem szórakoztatni. Mint sokaknak mondtam, szigorúaknak kell lennünk a gyakorlatainkban, ha átalakulást akarunk elérni. Emlékeztettem magam a tanításokra, amelyeket az elmúlt 3 hónap során megtanultam, és hála hullámot tapasztaltam meg a lényemben. Várom, mikor oszthatom meg ezt az iránymutató fényt a világgal.
