Dear Treasures,
Hope you are all doing well. We are going through interesting times of change and the pandemic has required us to be more flexible than before. This summer looks very different for many of us compared to previous years. I’m sure this is creating some frustration, anger, and resistance within many. Hope my thoughts and this brief note for you this week will help you settle down and re-calibrate to center.
My weekly routine on a Saturday morning in the spring, summer, and fall months involves a bike ride to the local farmers market. This brings me tremendous joy and a feeling of satisfaction for several reasons. Last week, I picked up a bunch of fresh sunflowers and red lilies and the apartment immediately lit up with their vibrant colors. The flowers leaned toward the light and bended eagerly to reach the light.
This phenomenon triggered within me a recollection of several conversations with top leaders and business professionals. The organization and teams thrived when the leadership model was authentic, truthful and the leader led from their inner core values and Inner Light. During these changing times, we might want to firmly establish what these inner core values are for each one of us. Once we have this values blueprint, it might be easier to navigate these challenges from a different mindset and perspective. Do you think so too?

Remélem, hogy jól vagytok. Érdekes változásokon megyünk keresztül, és a világjárvány a korábbinál rugalmasabb megközelítést követelt meg tőlünk. Ez a nyár sokunk számára nagyon másnak tűnik a korábbi évekhez képest. Biztos vagyok benne, hogy ez sokakban kelt csalódást, haragot és ellenállást. Remélem, hogy gondolataim és ez a rövid poszt segítség lesz számodra ezen a héten, hogy megbékélj és megtaláld a harmóniát.
A tavaszi, nyári és őszi hónapok szombat reggelenkénti rutinjába beletartozik, hogy elbiciklizek a helyi piacra. Ez különféle okokból óriási örömöt és elégedettséget ad nekem. A múlt héten vásároltam egy csokor friss napraforgót és piros liliomot. A lakás azonnal kivirult az élénk színeitől. A virágok a fény felé fordultak és lelkesen nyújtózkodtak, hogy elérjék a fényt.
Ez a jelenség felidézett bennem több felsővezetővel és üzletemberrel folytatott beszélgetést. A szervezet és a csapatok sikeresek voltak, amikor a vezetési modell hiteles, őszinte volt, és a vezető belső alapértékeiből, belső fényéből vezetett. Ezekben a változó időkben jó lehet határozottan megállapítani, hogy melyek ezek a belső alapértékek számunkra. Amint megvannak az értékek, talán könnyebb más gondolkodásmódból és szempontból kezelni a jelenlegi kihívásokat. Te is így gondolod?
