ALCATRAZ

I feel so so immensely blessed and humbled with the transformation that many of my clients go through as a result of my coaching. This is the best reward that I could ask for.

Several conversations this week have triggered within me the image of Alcatraz, the prison and lighthouse in San Francisco. Many of us are imprisoned within our minds and are suffering immensely as a result. Could we identify what is holding us back this week? Once we know the areas that we’d like to liberate ourselves from, we can plunge into action mode. Just imagine being free from the shackles of the prison of the mind? Curious to hear your thoughts.
