Dear Treasures,
Hope you’re enjoying the long summer days and beautiful evening sunsets. I strive to go for a brisk walk every evening after I finish work for the day. On one such evening, the colors of the sky were gorgeous against the gothic parliament building, as you can see in the picture. I go into another dimension witnessing the beauty around me. I am enraptured at the beauty of this Universe. The colors seem brighter and vibrant when I am fully aware and conscious. The joy and benefit that this very small practice reaps cannot be explained in words.
I urge each one of you to start experiencing the bliss that every moment brings when we stay mindful of the present moment. These rituals keep me grounded in a space of gratitude despite the pandemic situation that is dominating our ways of Being. Pay attention to your minutes and the days shall take care of themselves. This cannot be truer.

Remélem élvezitek a hosszú nyári napokat és a gyönyörű naplementéket. Arra törekszem, hogy minden nap tegyek egy tempós sétát miután befejeztem a napi munkát. Egy ilyen estén az ég színei csodálatosak voltak a gótikus parlament épülete mögött, ahogy az a képen is látható. Egy másik dimenzióba kerülök, amikor szemtanúja vagyok ilyen gyönyörűségeknek. El vagyok ragadtatva ennek az univerzumnak a szépségétől. A színek világosabbnak és élénkebbnek tűnnek, ha teljesen a jelenben vagyok. Az az öröm és haszon, amelyet ez a nagyon kicsi gyakorlat ad, nem írható le szavakkal.
Arra sürgetek mindenkit, hogy kezdje el átélni azt a boldogságot és áldást, amelyet a pillanatok hoznak, amikor tudatosan jelen vagyunk. Ezek a rituálék tartanak engem a hála érzésében, annak ellenére, hogy a pandémiás helyzet uralja a létezésünket. Figyeld a perceidet, és a napok gondoskodnak magukról. Nagyon igaz.
