The post COVID world is changing rapidly and we must adapt and adjust to be able to thrive. Many of us have been wearing masks in order to comply with the latest WHO recommendations to help stop the spread of the virus. A thought that came up for me connecting masks to my work is that we may be hiding behind masks in everyday life and may not recognize this. For example, when life does not deliver what we expect from it, we are sad and ashamed of facing the world. In my humble opinion, we are building on the foundation of faulty systems that require serious re-examination, where we can learn and grow from our failures. I dream of a world where the threads of love, kindness, care, humility, vulnerability, non judgement, and safety are woven into the fabric of every Being’s life.

A COVID utáni világ gyorsan változik, és muszáj alkalmazkodnunk, hogy boldoguljunk. Sokan maszkot viselnek annak érdekében, hogy megfeleljenek a WHO legújabb ajánlásainak, amelyek segítik a vírus terjedésének megakadályozását. Egy gondolat, ami felmerült számomra – hogy a maszkokat összekapcsoljam a munkámmal – az az, hogy a mindennapi életben maszkok mögé bújhatunk, és ezt nem ismerjük fel. Például, amikor az élet nem biztosítja azt, amit elvárunk tőle, szomorúak vagyunk és szégyenlünk szembenézni a világgal. Szerény véleményem szerint hibás rendszerekre építünk, amelyek komoly újraértékelést igényelnek, amiből megtanulhatjuk hogyan növekedhetünk kudarcunkból. Egy olyan világról álmodom, ahol a szeretet, a kedvesség, a gondoskodás, az alázatosság, a sebezhetőség, az ítéletmentesség és a biztonság szálai mindenki életébe beszövődik.
