Staying Present

As I’m observing clients, friends at holiday events and end of year sessions I am noticing many of them are already in the future. Some are nervous about the holidays, some feel overwhelmed and some are busy finishing off their last minute duties hurriedly. They speak fast, they speak loud, they are simply rushing around.

I have been noticing clutter and noise as well but my one practice this week has been to stay truly connected with the present moment no matter what it is bringing forth. It has served me well.

I urge you to connect with the present moment and let that stick to your Being like sticky tape. It will soon become a habit. Consciously feel the taste of food and drink during the holidays and enjoy every bite with your loved ones.

Namaste and happy holidays! Talk to you in 2019. I take a short break to enjoy and travel with my girls.
