The question many of us often ask ourselves.

Am I good enough, clever enough, capable enough, pretty enough, thin enough? This question helps us stay focused towards becoming a better version of ourselves.

The quality that differentiates the doer from the over thinker is that he acknowledges this thought/fear and is constantly doing his best.

The following quote comes to my mind this Saturday morning.

“It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs; who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.”

Breathe, let go, enjoy a rose cup of tea and strive to be like a rose that spreads its fragrance everywhere. Notice the mind wandering and learn to reframe, re-create.

I facilitated  a training at a prestigious financial institution this week. And many participants reverted how easy the transformation work seems but in practice it is quite challenging.

I urge each one of my followers to start somewhere. Take small steps and make little progress without judgment and self criticism.

Let this seep into every cell of your Being at a cellular level.

My conscious practice and mantra this week has been ‘to get out of my way’.  I consciously practiced this when I noticed irritation or annoyance at others’ behaviors on the street as I was biking around. Every time, the persons that triggered a judgment internally within me turned around, smiled, apologized and I noticed calm peace and kindness within me. Thought I’d share this small success 🙏🙏😇😇 It’s so important to notice our internal climate and regulate it accordingly. The responses we receive from others is magical when we act from a well regulated space.

A tudatos gyakorlatom és mantrám a következő volt a héten: “félreállok az utamból”. Tudatosan ezt gyakoroltam, amikor irritációt, bosszúságot észleltem másik viselkedésén, mikor bicikliztem az utcán. Minden alkalommal, amikor az emberek ítéletet váltottak ki belőlem, megfordultam, mosolyogtam, bocsánatot kértem, ekkor békét és kedvességet észleltem magamban. Azt gondoltam megosztom ezt a kis sikert. Olyan fontos, hogy észrevegyük belső légkörünket és ennek megfelelően szabályozzuk. A másoktól kapott válaszok mágikusak, amikor jól szabályozott helyről működünk.
