We compensate our inadequacies by wearing thick masks. Are you willing to break through these solid masks and dance with flexibility, vulnerability and ferocious fearlessness?? Give it a go and notice the freedom this brings forth.

This is a day of celebration!
Today, we are divorcing the past
and marrying the present.
Dance,
and you will find God
in every room.
Today, we are divorcing resentment
and marrying forgiveness.
Sing,
and God will find you
in every tune.
Today, we are divorcing indifference
and marrying love.
Drink, and play that tambourine
against your thighs.
We have so much celebrating to do!

Please stop for a few minutes this weekend and observe the magic unfolding in your life on a daily basis. Consciously bring to your attention as to how the success or failure in your life so far has helped you become the person you are today. Let this seep into every cell of your Being at a cellular level.
Start your week from this space. Embrace the mystery that life is bringing forth without desire to control. Notice the freedom that you will experience.

My conscious practice and mantra this week has been ‘to get out of my way’. I consciously practiced this when I noticed irritation or annoyance at others’ behaviors on the street as I was biking around. Every time, the persons that triggered a judgment internally within me turned around, smiled, apologized and I noticed calm peace and kindness within me. Thought I’d share this small success It’s so important to notice our internal climate and regulate it accordingly. The responses we receive from others is magical when we act from a well regulated space.

A másoktól kapott válaszok mágikusak, amikor jól szabályozott helyről működünk.

Obscurity is dispelled by augmenting the light of discernment rather than attacking the darkness-Socrates.
We all have the wisdom to discern. All we must do is to practice Being and tap into the creative, resourceful and wise genius that sits within each one of us.
Have a splendid weekend,

A group from Taiwan called ‘GIVE’ was giving away art prepared by budding artists with beautiful themes this week by the stunning Hungarian parliament building. Each one had to put their names in a hat and 3 names were pulled out at the the top of the hour during the evening hours.

Their main objective is to give without wanting anything in return. They want to spread joy and happiness on this planet. They are traveling to several countries in the world.
I walked away so inspired watching this. So many of us- total strangers came together in
a circle of joy, smiles and
well being bound together by these sweet
beings cheering and clapping.

Life is indeed so beautiful and simple. Why do we complicate it so much?
Enjoy and Namaste,
Prerna

I CHOOSE TO LIVE LIFE ON MY TERMS

(A magyar fordítás lent található.)
My inner critic was loud and noisy creating turbulence this week when I chose to disrespect my boundaries and ran myself to the ground. I experienced guilt, shame and harsh judgment towards self. I spent every minute with awareness and consciousness paying absolutely little or no attention to the messy mind. Of course I felt yucky. It was 2 very difficult days staying as a silent witness. I took good care of myself, practiced kindness towards me, ate wholesome, nutritious meals. At times like this, I step up my practices. I finally came back to center, peace, joy and bliss.
What is your practice going to be when you notice being overly harsh towards yourself?
My declaration yesterday morning was:
“I love you just the way you are.”
I am learning to accept that I can be imperfect sometimes and this is part of being human. I have placed huge expectations over myself in the past which don’t necessarily serve me well. It’s time to make a change.
Namaste,
Prerna

“As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives.” – Wilfred Arlan Peterson
Azok vagyunk, amit gyakorlunk nap, mint nap.
